Finally I wanna add that false accusations are rare. And that law enforcement plays a role in this because they initially pressured her to accuse him even after she expressed concern over choosing the wrong man in the lineup. It's a common tactic for police and FBI to do that.

I also wanna add that people have a very limited view of what therapy is. There are so many different & legitimate forms of therapy. If we could actually get people invested in the idea, we could dedicate more resources to provide a variety of options!
