Easy go to foods if youโ€™re trying to lose fat: chicken breast, fish, tilapia, salmon, turkey, ground turkey, sweet potato, brown rice, vegetables, oatmeal, lentils, quinoa Obviously you need to eat less than you burn but itโ€™ll be hard to eat more than u burn with these foods.
