Been working on the Rugby World Cup over in France for the last few weeks.
Slightly different role to usual as the Vision Supervisor but fun to manage 25 cameras of various types and technologies.
Three more matches before heading off to another large IP flypack system.
Early morning scramble to the hoist, water in the lens. Cameras not in for an hour or so.
Learnt a few things:
Lenses are heavy
That hill is steep
It rains outside
Think I'll stick to the basement in future!
