Dear Riot, This will completely kill ad twitch if it goes through and will likely result in a 4% wr nerf. A much better nerf would be to increase r cd to 120 sec at lvl 1 and/or reduce q stealth time by 1-2 secs please like and retweet if u care about the rat at all.
