The apostles refuted those who said we can be justified by works of law (Acts 13:39, Gal 2:16, 5:4) and who said Gentile converts had to be circumcised (Acts 15;1, 5). Whether to keep the Ten Commandments was never in dispute (1 Cor 7:19, Eph 6:1-3, Mt 5:19, 19:17).
