Sorry to say that your favourite L1 or L2 won't do well without a substantial dev fund or VC backing. There are too many chains and not enough devs to go around. As a result I have allocated to: $METIS - 100m MC with a $100m fund $FTM - $750m dev fund $MATIC - $1b ZK fund
