How have I never noticed this? What this looks like to me is Dylan “sweeping” the commons with his DB shotgun at 11:26:35am. Occurs just after shooting Lance Kirklin in the face and stepping over Sean Graves to enter the commons. Time stamp matches w/ official timeline. Wow.

Happy Super Bowl Sunday. 25 years ago, today, Wayne Harris discovered and confiscated a live pipe bomb from Eric. After giving Eric back his “explosives” kit, the two headed up to the mountains to detonate the bomb. Kathy would later testify she thought it was only a firework.

Jefferson County maintained several versions of the Basement Tapes. The “30-40min” version (basically a highlight reel) that DA Dave Thomas is referring to here, was one widely circulated to many officials in Jefferson County.
