One of the most amazing and nerve-wracking "talks" you'll ever give! I've done that for both of my daughters and I had more butterflies than giving a talk to thousands at the AAOS meeting! Your son currently thinks you're the coolest dad on Earth - enjoy!

Visiting grand rounds speaker Dr. Jason Dragoo delivered one of the most honest and informative updates on Biologics/regenerative medicine this am. Awesome case discussion with residents/fellows last night. Great to have academics back!
@OrthoColumbia
My freshman inorganic chemistry professor told me that I should reconsider my dreams of going into medicine based on my performance in his class. Thank god I didn't heed his horrific advice!
My medical school advisor told me that I should apply widely because I probably wouldn’t get into ortho. He was clear I wouldn’t match at home.
So I matched there anyway and then went back and gave the graduation speech at the fellows event a few years ago.
