3 months ago I was in a coma, struggling with 49 percent burns. Today I managed my longest walk only aided by a walking stick. I walked down the foyer of Southmead Hospital. I'm very proud of this. I might need a skin graft in my neck.

Gigs have been pretty good for my mental health because they help me to be in rooms with other people and learning how to socialise. Most of the venues I frequent have become safe spaces for me, hopefully their safe spaces for pretty much everyone.

Pretty much everyone sees me on my good days, in my safe spaces. Not many people see me on the days where I really struggle to leave my room. I have no shame in having a support worker, no one should ever feel ashamed about asking for help when we need it.

I really really need a good hug, my anxiety lately has been overwhelming. I've been finding it hard to leave my flat most days. Even though I've been going to shows in the evenings I've found it quite hard being around people.

My brain is still buzzing after last night's stunning @SELFESTEEM___ gig, it was filled with rich emotions & tender drops. Definitely up there with @LynksLynksLynks for the best choreography. I did find myself crying in places especially when RLT gave me a massive shout out

I have been feeling some of the worst anxiety i have had in ages over the past couple of weeks, partly due to the excitement and nerves around the exhibition. but yeah to everyone out there struggling with anxiety or other health issues, I have nothing but love for all of you.

Dear @RishiSunak most artists are people who are multi-skilled and you know do work other jobs, and most of their work generates work for other people around them and a circa of over £5billion. Which is something that you don't seem to grasp. Just proves how out of touch you are.

Stephen Hawkins was someone who completely out lasted his life expectancy by about 50+ years, Taught people around the world about the Universe and his ever expanding theories, wasn't afraid to parody himself, quite self deprecating. Basically he was an absolute Dude.
