@iJordanMoore Is there a reminder that defense exists? In 2016 Trout had a 10.5 WAR which is the 3rd highest single season mark in the last 30 years by someone not named Barry Bonds. Ortiz’s WAR was less than half of Trout’s that year. He provided negative defensive value his entire career.

When MLB prospects debut at a young age they lose their hype too soon because people forget how impressive it is. Jordan Walker hit .276 with 16 HR in 465 PA last year. His .445 SLG% was higher than Vladdy, Bregman, Teoscar and Adley. He’s 6 months younger than Wyatt Langford.
