Protests by huge crowds like today at Jama Masjid often end up in lawlessness as swelling crowds don't listen to police & other state machinery. Controlling such crowd is not easy for those who brought them. A small provocation can turn into loot & arson by uncontrolled crowds.

@Dr_Uditraj @INCIndia It is not Visa but ILP, inner line permit required to visit those states inhabited by tribals. It is easily available, rarely denied to any Indian national. Govt servants, member of forces exempted. This requirement for NE states is not newly introduced, been there for decades.
