One caveat: We don’t yet have $ estimates for the tax credits, as we’re awaiting an official score for those. So some of the numbers are incomplete, as noted. I’ll fill in the tax credit amounts once we have them. Hope it's a useful guide for this long-sought, historic text.

But why boost clean energy manufacturing when we can just import stuff? 5 reasons: 1. Human rights: Children in Congo mine cobalt for EV batteries. Coerced workers in China make solar components. The clean energy economy can't be built on the backs of exploited workers abroad.
