@lokationnation When I was a sophomore in HS i threw 70mph w/ no command. I realized a significant velo jump was my only way to have a chance at college or pro ball. So i went ALL IN on gaining velo, neglecting command a bit, but the velo came... and I had plenty of time to figure out command

I found out that putting in the work day after day, year after year is what gave me the results I was looking for. Quick fixes would be great, but I think most elite performers enjoy the process and challenges along the way just as much as the reward at the end

I used to think a warmup was just...well...a warmup As the youthful edge fades away, the only option is to adapt or die For me, this meant that I had to figure out how to safely prepare my body to throw 95mph on a daily basis So that's exactly what I did
