Just got a call, think I won another $60k in apartment complex bids. Going to bid another one tomorrow if they like my bid and our work they want us to do all of their complex’s. This year is nuts, by the end of this week we’ll have surpassed last years total revenue.

Let both my employees go. They did good work and customers were always happy, but I know they’ve been drinking and smoking in the truck and they’re late every day. Back to square one, learned a lot and going to do things much differently with my next hire.

Washing has slowed down a ton, only doing $700-$1000 per day but I’ve noticed at least half of the leads coming in are referrals or repeat customers. Feeling very optimistic about next years wash season. $350k is the goal.

Firing my employees is one of the best things I’ve done this year for these reasons: I no longer worry about having a high volume of work to keep them busy, now raising my prices by a lot. I’m finally able to breathe and reevaluate everything, make some big changes.
