@sensorystories_ Bro I masked my way out of these meltdowns so many times because I was severely corrected for them as a child. I used to just freeze and didn't know what to do. It was terrifying. Now that I mask less I cry and flap my hands 😭

@omfgWAVY I love this. Some of us are so used to trauma bonds that we don't understand that if you're not constantly love bombing us, you're still interested. I'm unlearning so much since pouring energy into myself instead of others 💜

@realniyaxo The worst is when you become hyper aware of your parasympathetic nervous system and start freaking out that you're going to stop breathing if you stop thinking about it. Heart starts pounding and you over focus on it while taking exaggerated breaths 😭😭😭
