Testing how pan and zoom will work on the new signalling screens. When panning I'm holding down my left mouse button - all features support keyboard-only, mobile and gamepads too. Ignore the network image itself - it's not what will be in the final version (also, 🎂 @ Charlie)

This SCR update coming soon is maybe the biggest since 1.0 for programming. I have completely rewritten the part streaming system, the way sensors work, and the server-side signalling system. Changelog is currently 19 items long after collating related things 👀 @StepfordRail

Beginning work on the new manual signalling desks for @StepfordRail The middle will contain a panning view of the network, clearly showing the boundary of your specific control zone. The left will contain platforms that fall within your zone to keep on top of TRTS requests.

Scripting diff for the new train driving system so far👀 Working through the awkward bits that need porting. AWS noises, horn, emergency brake, turning around are the main ones. Announcements & screens after that. And the old sound system temporarily so we can go live

I know SCR has been broken for a while now and I'm sorry nobody else could fix it. I was dealing with a family loss shortly after it broke and was offline for ~10 days I'll explain the new system more and look into what went wrong with the Roblox update when you can drive again

Welp. I guess the system worked then 👀 Hundreds of people reserved @StepfordRail training within minutes of releasing the system. I think DataStores would have made this impossible to prevent overbooking. My own API at AWS handled it pretty well with 0 instances of overbooking

Ok this is the year I invest in air conditioning. My house is very insulated, A* energy rating - great in winter, and in theory great in summer, but the moment you cook or use your gaming pc, or accidentally leave the blinds up on a really sunny day, it never cools down again 😭
