Before BSN, Bitcoin’s student community focus was almost non-existent. Nothing targeted students like other blockchain programs did. Everyone says that “Bitcoin has no marketing department,” but it desperately needed one to reach these students.

Of course, it is unrealistic to expect the asset to continue to compound at such a rapid pace, but it is the only absolutely scarce, borderless, and censorship resistant asset that has ever existed. In reality, 20% CAGR could turn out to be quite bearish.

The average American predicts that they’ll need about $1.5 million to comfortably retire. So how much Bitcoin would you need to buy, and at what pace, to reach this goal in 15 years instead of 30?

But let’s say you only wanted to wait 15 years to retire, instead of 30. If you invested $1000 upfront as principal, added $200 every month, and assumed a 20% CAGR, you’d end up with $222,868 after 15 years. Not bad! But it’s not nearly enough.

Let’s assume that Bitcoin will compound faster in the next 15 years than over the next 30 years. If we use a 30% CAGR, invest $1000 upfront, and add $550 per month instead of just $200, then over the next 15 years, we could expect to end up with $1.48 million.
