Christine has told stories through the lens of her camera that words can never tell. Any reporter knows the story is only as good as the photos you have to go with it. A true artist with a knack for spotting and capturing the poignant moment, her contributions are immeasurable.
A Kim Ring byline meant a thoroughly reported story, a fairly reported story, that included the right context and raised the tough questions. Kim gave a voice - with compelling writing - to so many, from crime victims/families to unidentified ashes that filled century old urns.
Was excited to meet Lana as a young reporter, and unlike some others in radio/TV, she had no ego and was very nice. Was always impressed over years how quickly she turned her notes into a polished newscast minutes later as people like me were still writing. Rest in Peace, Lana.
