Reminder: ONLY FLUSH TOILET PAPER
During COVID-19, people are using 🧻alternatives such as paper towels, wipes & more, but alternatives don’t break down, creating clogs.
Students from Blackstone Elementary tested it out! Notice only TP breaks down.

Drinking BWSC tap water is great, what is even better is preventing one time use plastic water bottles from being a choice. Our refillable water bottle station just got to 200,000 refills. Fill. Drink Repeat!

We are excited to be at the NEWEA Annual Conference. The Annual Conference offers astounding opportunities for water and wastewater professionals to learn, network, and share best practices. We are here for the whole conference. Thanks for having us!
Do you know what this is? No, it’s not a storm trooper. Usually located 100 feet below sea level, the "diffuser" safely reintegrates treated wastewater into Massachusetts Bay; similar to how a sprinkler gently spreads water evenly over a garden.

, in 1895 a Map of the "Plan of Boston Proper" was published. This map displays the progress Boston made between 1795-1895. Additional land was created, among other methods, by damning tributaries and filling lowland with material from hills that covered the city.
