Bam is aware of why the house was sold. It was the house he & Nikki shared & they were selling to relocate as a family to California. This was planned before rehab, etc. Has nothing to do with rehab or Lima. Period. Bam knows this.

Bam's insurance paid approx. 3 months of rehab, his parents paid a large portion, Music Cares paid a small portion, & Lima got stuck with a large portion. Lima didn't make any money. She did this as a favor to Bam & his family. She never had access to his finances.
