Some corrections: - 0 (not “over 100”) legal parking spots were taken; ~18 illegal spots were removed - Those illegal spots were removed for safer pedestrian crossing - There were several community meetings about this, all of which were well advertised in the neighborhood

These barriers are a great solution. At 18" high they are tall enough to stop most SUVs and narrow enough to fit inside a 2 foot buffer. LFG #VisionZeroPHL

Low wall barriers AKA Toronto Barriers are now my favorite protection device for protected bike lanes. It's not just about parking incursions, it's also about preventing out-of-control drivers from invading bike lanes and the adjacent sidewalks.
