It’s so true honestly, just because of medical outreach I’ve met with so many commissioners and directors here in Yobe and the support they give is amazing. During one our medical outreach, the CMD of our specialist hospital sponsored every thing and even invited NTA to cover

I like how easy it is to access people in the North. Perm Sec’s are happy to meet with you. Commissioners, heck governors will attend your ceremony especially if the project will be beneficial to their people. South? Lmaooo it can take 2 months to schedule a meeting with an SA.
