gym stages:
1.gets a membership rarely goes (doesnโt know what to do)
2.starts going 2-3 times a week for 1-2hrs (most girls just work on lower body n guys just do upper body)
3. starts getting a routine down n starts integrating other muscle groups
4. works out all the time
im not โfriendsโ with so many ppl i thought that were my friends and honestly im sooooo grateful, im at a very happy place in my life n truly dont need anyone thats not going to be good to me.
