$OCN is now below the price it was on March 15, more then 3 months ago. The ICO price of OCN was 80,000 OCN = 1 ETH. It's now at 80,000 OCN for 1.4 ETH. In 6 months, it's made an increase of 0.4 ETH. OCN is that undervalued and manipulated. Respect to those that never sold.
