My biggest wish for young female athletes is that they don’t become robots because of taught mechanics. I want them to find and trust their athleticism. I LOVE quality mechanics, and believe in them! But as we mature we need those mechanics to blend with our athleticism.

You can’t see it but I prayed out loud this entire at bat. I’m in AWE right now. The only words that come to mind after dogfight game Iike that are words like amazing and unbelievable.

I’m relatively indifferent to the new NCAA likeness rule:the way these programs market the athletes, it’s very much a business so I get it. My hope is that it doesn’t become a big distraction. My prayer is that programs will PREPARE/EDUCATE their athletes to make smart decisions.

Can I just say that I used to be in a squat for literally hours day after day. Yes the last few years my body hurt, but I was just simply squatting for about 3 min at the airport just minding my own business & my body hurts lol my knees heard “Retirement” and said ya we’re done
