@ecliah @daily_figue @JonnyBlox That's how the directors wanted it. I was told not to be scared and that made sense. If Cassie was scared, why would she even go in? She's meant to be a brave, inquisitive little girl on a mission and she didn't understand that she was supposed to be scared.

On this IMDB list of best voiceover actors... only 13 of the 68 are women. That's less than 20%! That's super surprising to me as 47% of console gamers are women and 52% of Switch owners are women! I hope more women can crack this list in the future.

Just finished up with Vocal Combat workshop by D'Arcy Smith and special guest Kim Hurdon. Worked on a "stabbed in throat, mouth filled with blood" effort. If anyone is curious, I measured it afterwards be 1.5 tsp of water for that effect. :) @khurdon @DArcySmithVoice

After taking a 3 week character bootcamp w/ Ariana Ratner and @RealVoiceLA , I think my biggest take home is to REALLYYY lean into the comedy (go bigger than you think you need to) for animation and WORK ON THOSE ACCENTS for video games. Gonna keep failing forward until I get it!
