As we learn in s2, Riya has spent many years trying to uplift her career with no success. However, despite her failures, she continues to fight hard for her passion, being the reason why she joined the show. The Riya we saw in s2 wanted to achieve success just being herself.

1. After DCAS, Jake and Aiden exchanged numbers. They grew to miss each other’s company but both were shy to make the first phone call/text. Ultimately, it was Jake who called Aiden first. Afterwards, they started texting each other on a daily basis.

In this AU, I imagine that Aiden would be placed on the teal team with Jake and Tom. I don’t know if he would replace Drew or Dan or how the elimination order would go with Aiden in s1 so let’s ignore that part 😂 As s1 goes, Jake still feels immediately drawn to Tom.

Now I’m not a fan of Riya. I understand her complexity now but I still dislike her because that’s my opinion. However, I wouldn’t mind to see her win. Behind the Riya we see is someone who wanted to make their dreams come true (I wished she didn’t do some specific actions tho)

After the challenge, Aiden still hugs Jake but it’s Jake who makes the first move and kisses on the cheek. After knowing that Aiden does like him, Jake’s feelings grow more. Before the elimination ceremony, they talk about their feelings. Aiden admits that’s liked Jake since s1.

Jake becomes emotional as he realizes the one he should have paid more attention to all along was Aiden. They share their first kiss. When they part, Jake asks “is this real?” Aiden smiles fondly and reassures him it is. Jake, with tears in his eyes, says “please don’t leave.”

But he can’t deny that feelings for Aiden are starting to blossom. I don’t know how the confession would go but I think in ep 15, Riya’s question to Aiden would be if he had feelings for Jake. Aiden, wanting to confess at a better times, denies it but the detector exposes him.

(Keep in mind that since Aiden isn’t in s2 in this AU, he never traveled the world with James). Jakeden don’t become an official couple that night but I imagine they do in the finale after Jake wins (in this AU, he does win DCAS)

Tomjake growing closer. I don’t imagine this as a love triangle where Aiden tries to ruin Tomjake’s relationship. As much as he liked Jake, he also wanted him to be happy. If Tom made Jake happy, he could accept that. That’s why when Tomjake ran into troubles, Aiden helped them.

However, him and Aiden quickly hit it off as good friends. Instead of Miriam sliding on the log with Tomjake, Aiden does. He can tell that Jake feels some sort of attraction towards Tom but he doesn’t think much of it as he’s just met the two. As I stated in one of my prev posts
