When the 205 guys came to the main roster, Windham was so welcoming. It really made us feel like we were a part of the crew. Before my brother came back to WWE in 2019, Windham would always ask, "how's your brother doing?" A caring man gone too soon ❤️

I was really enjoying what @TonyNese and I were doing as a tag team on 205. Every single time, we worked as hard as possible, despite the show not being highly positioned. That's what professionals do. And that's what we'll continue to do!

True story. I asked the 205 writer for the Del Rio entrance at Money In The Bank. He basically said I wasn't a big enough star to ask for that. That was code for "Im too scared to ask Vince." So I asked Vince myself and he loved the idea. Hence why I got the car entrance.

I had 11 days notice to get "TV ready" so I dropped fats to 20-30g. I do well on high protein/high carb/low fat. However, I dont like how small I feel. It looks good in pics, but thats about it. Luckily it's bulking szn. I never liked being labeled a cruiserweight. Time to GROW!
