If you are struggling to supply your armies in
#NoStepBack
, then you are experiencing the system as it was intended. We're working a bit on making it clearer, but low supply is now fully intended to be a standard part of the HoI experience.
@Kaisermod
knows that the key to our hearts (and to fixes) is paid for in delicious sugary cake. Thanks folks, and here's to many more years of super mods!
Whirlwind of a release. So proud of the team. While problems at launch are inevitable, it is pleasing to know that our most complained about bug is the prevalance of dozens of tiny Walther Von Brauchitsch'es.
Tomorrow we'll begin some comprehensive recaps of the bigger features coming in NSB, but we haven't quite finished showing off everything yet.. what could this imply?
@HOI_Game
Before going dark, one of our operatives relayed an encrypted message directly from the Imperial Navy:

The Swedish postal system may be operating somewhat slowly these days, but getting things like this from long-term fans is an absolute highlight of working at PDX.
Since I'm seeing people that should know better doing this: think -very carefully- about what you share on social media re: Ukraine.
If your information is not from a reputable source, there is every chance you are spreading disinformation.
Something I've never understood, is why some folks just -need- to know what the release date of [game/dlc] is. Knowing doesn't make it come any faster, and knowing earlier just increases the risk of being disappointed by delays or a rushed product.
Someone wanting the standard of living you have does not mean they want to take it away from you.
Taking away someone's standard of living does not mean you have elevated your own.
Mercenary spam curtailed somewhat. You can really focus on expanding this (though potentially reducing your ability to support regular armies) through the inventions tree.
Taking a moment to express how much I despise console 'online pass' subscriptions. They are not really optional, they're the price of entry if you want to play the games you paid for.
PC platforms (steam etc) have shown that a fee is not necessary to maintain these services.

Tried a bunch of games this afternoon, trying to get the Sid Meier's Pirates(!) feeling. Turns out the best game to recreate that feeling is Sid Meier's Pirates.
Tomorrow
@Craniummuppet
will reveal his Magnum Opus - a 'what if' AAR using all the goodies coming in NSB!
As an added bonus, you'll get to see details on the new button we'd added that flames your AI faction members so that you don't have to. That's what this is, right?
History is going to record the support and supporters of cryptocurrency in a very dim light. Predatory, harmful, or exploitative industries have proven time and again to be incapable of regulating themselves - why should this one be any different?
Had a small early-life-crisis & realized I wasn't going anywhere, so trained myself to mod
@PdxInteractive
games on my own time. Rolled several natural 20 luck checks thereafter and ended up working my way to Stockholm doing something I love.
The statistics bureau of Sweden, mere days after electing a right-wing coalition government on an anti-immigration platform, has sent me (and presumably others) a shotgun questionnaire asking 'Do you have any education from a foreign country?'.
Sure, this seems fine.
And the Livy update is live. Superb work from all the
@gameimperator
team! If you havenโt tried our game in a while, now is the perfect opportunity - a lot has changed!
