'Leaving the Matrix' isn't about leaving woke liberalism to become a rightwinger.
It is about leaving the Left-Right paradigm and engaging with reality as it is.
In traditional Muslim societies of the past, it was common for a shopkeeper to close shop once he had earned his keep for the day, and allow the adjacent shopkeepers the chance to make their earnings.
That in a nutshell is the difference in spirit with the economy of today .
@FarisHammadi
You're missing the point. His personal feelings towards Zionism is irrelevant as long as his political stance benefits Zionism, which is what the article alludes to.
Genuine question: how come Salafis dominate the online Dawah scene when perhaps the majority of Muslims are Ashaaris/Maturidi in aqeedah?
Not trying to make this a sectarian thing but I do wonder why there is this discrepancy in representation.
Here’s the problem
@Haqiqatjou
->
Your Salafi Athari creed requires that Muslims believe that Allah has a real hand as befits His majesty and anyone who denies that Allah has a real hand and takes it as a metaphor, you Salafis declare them an innovator.

Trump is getting 100 mil from Ms Adelson tho to allow the West Bank to be annexed.
Very little doubt actually Israel likely wants Trump over the more woke Kamala.
@VerminusM
This is disingenuous and excludes the idea of historical Zion, transfer of native population and the fact that today Zionism is largely considered synonymous with Israeli nationalism.
THREAD ON THE SHALLOW STATE OF THE DAWAH INDUSTRY
This tweet from Subboor is symptomatic of what has become an obsession for those in the Dawah world with mass conversions, even at the cost of well-informed converts.

we're publishing some truly unbelievable audio we've put to animation.
A man in Pakistan was abducted by half a dozen men in black and taken to a jail cell. The man's brother, who lives overseas, then got a phone call from his brother's phone. It was
@VerminusM
I know your posts may seem all punchy and satisfying to you, but this is real human pain being discussed. The macho keyboard warrior thing isn't the flex you think it is. Nobody normal treats mass suffering like a punchline.
@AncestralVril
Going through your timeline, there are probably 5 percent of your posts that actually talk about your supposed Christian Nationalism.
The rest is this type of whining.
@Villgecrazylady
Mel, this whole situation is just freaking pathetic.
For the second time in several months, Israel does a targeted provocation towards Iran and gets daddy US to take the brunt.
PIERS MORGAN: CASE STUDY OF NEOLIBERAL WAR APOLOGETICS
Piers Morgan's coverage of the Israel/Palestine crisis since Oct 7 is a textbook example of how Western mainstream media plays a careful dance with shifting public opinion and maintaining an elite status quo.
@AncestralVril
Your supposed 'Christian Nationalism' seems like a hollow scam. You don't seem to have anything substantial in terms of ideology that can actually be practically implemented hence you seem focused on whinging about those rivals with real influence.
@sharghzadeh
You can find reliable local meat suppliers in pretty much all Muslims countries.
You don't need to make every second thing into a 'West is best' take.
DECODING DANIEL HAQIQATJOU'S GRIFT
Dishonest Dan's line of clever but sleazy attack is based on getting his audience to assume the worst in actions and motivations of his opponents with a minimum of evidence.
@sharghzadeh
Sharghz, I think Paul is making a polemic that cuts to the heart of the faith itself. He is asserting the Deen was intended for Arabs. I don't know why you would defend that.
Thoughts on the Javad vs Danny debate:
- Javad was focused, Danny was flustered
- Modernist kept referring to Quran & Sunnah, traditionalist kept referring to HCM & Evolutionary Psychology
- Danny really likes the word 'gish galloping'

and exposing Destiny's complete ignorance of the subject matter.. This is a great credit to him, and also an attestation to the value of moderated debates in reducing the effectiveness of debate-bro tactics.
I like this reverse psychology.
Seeming like a pious Muslim on camera is a grift.
Therefore, if I act like a filthy degenerate publicly, just assume I am doing my religious keep privately, and anyone who says otherwise is 'haram police'.
I did not revent to Islam to try and attract fans from Islamic countries.
I did not revert to use Islam as a shield from hate.
I did not revert to jump on a bandwagon.
That is a grift. I am not a grifter.
I keep my faith between God and I.

@luisdizon
If you are a non-Muslim, then you would believe that the Quran is a product of the Prophet, and logically he would explicitly mention that line of succession of leadership in the Holy Book. But he didn't.
Wow!
So he is basically saying that non-Arabic speaking Muslims have never had their duas answered.
Can you imagine holding that opinion about the Lord of Creation?
@hofwisdom
It is based on my earlier study back in the day on Islamic muamalah or what is now called the Islamic Gift Economy.
Maybe I will share more often based on what I have learned.
The problem with particular Muslims who still uphold a principle of offensive jihad is that they lose any moral high ground in complaining about Western invasions and occupations.
I fail to see why Destiny is popular in the first place. He doesn't seem to have strong convictions about anything, is pretty unpleasant and just seems to like to argue whatever could be the hot contrarian position.
@ApostateProphet
What's odd is how you as a supposed secular atheist don't have a problem with the idea of a 'Chosen People'.
It's sort of the definition of ethnocentrism.
For years, there has been a calculator mindset in Dawah that emphasizes quantity over quality, with quick and easy Shahadas being the rule of the day. This inevitably backfires when, by many accounts, most of those converts fall back or go astray.
@XerxesGammon
@DrJavadTHashmi
The quotes are from scholars on the subject meant for illustration of the points he lays out. I really don't get this critique.
@hanscyka
That's if the motive is fleecing customers. Here the idea is you decide how much you want to earn. Stuff like price fixing, hoarding and cartels aren't allowed traditionally.
We don't know the realities of a relationship behind closed doors.
But this private message is what is shared publicly by Jonah Hill's ex (how petty to do so btw) and somehow these reasonable expectations are called 'abuse'.
Rather than encouraging them to research Islam, read the Quran and study the life of the Prophet, and then make an informed choice, they are expected to make the most life-altering decision on the spot with barebone knowledge of what they are stepping in to.
The quantity-over-quality approach for the Dawah Industry doesn't just apply to converts, but also to miracles.
They seem obsessed with inundating followers with these half-baked claims every week and end up making Islam look like a laughing stock.
The numerical miracles in the Qur'an are numerous, but here is just one regarding "Nuh/Noah".
Seen as the Qur'an was revealed circumstantially, it wasn't initially compiled into book form and the Prophet (pbuh) was unlettered- this makes this miraculous to say the least.
Full
Empty, grandstanding statements like these do a disservice to the intellectual debate between atheists and theists.
Instead, acknowledge the certain rational appeal of the opponents' arguments and their grounds for believing as such. But then, Hamza has a religion to defend...
This just gets worse.
Dr. Ali does the old 'I am just raising questions' response and suggests that a round Earth isnt theism-friendly.
And his Zaytuna colleague Dr. Abdullah defends him! Not sure if he is a flat Earther too or is just equivocating.
Ugh. Quite damaging.
A message from Dr. Ali Ataie on the flat-earth video in circulation on social media:
“I was just raising some common arguments that flat earthers raise. But the question of why is very important. If we are on a flat surface and all of the stars and planets go around us, then
@sevenakuma
To be fair, Destiny didn't really have anything of knowledge substance to offer in the debate except gotcha questions. And he was extremely annoying and rude himself.
Lol. 'Women can't be really guided to Islam without men' And this from a convert! And look at Ali Dawah, who celebrates Western women conversions as an antidote to feminism, contradicting himself in the same clip just to agree with Sneako.
This really is the Dawah Locker Room.
@ayeshaijazkhan
Lol this is pre-emptive damage control to shield yourself from later criticism.
I am just glad your downplaying of election engineering is on the record.
@ThePakistanExp1
What a lie! They parted ways after the 2002 referendum, and establishment never went along with IK because of his stance on the War on Terror for the rest of the 2000s
Destiny in his recent podcast with Marc Lamont Hill basically admitted he hasn't read or even heard about a single human rights org report condemning Israel's actions in Gaza.
There are literally dozens at this point. What a fraud.
@FarisHammadi
He said 'next inshaAllah'. Pretty clear he meant he hopes he does.
You don't need this long self righteous post and kneejerk disdain for any expression of Palestinian solidarity.
Why if I was a non-Muslim American listening to this should I treat you any different than the Zionists who have dual loyalty to Israel and work to distort US foreign policy?
You are talking about Muslims actively contributing to American decline from within. A bad take.
The odd thing is that, from a Sunni salvation perspective, these converts would have been better off in ignorance than now risking eternal damnation because off a sloppy dawah job that resulted in them leaving a faith they weren't certain to belong to.
@SubboorAhmad
My take, brother:
- Dave seems a rather pompous sort
- However, calling him a coward for not agreeing to three debates in a row is a bit of a stretch.
- Your attitude with him in trash talking just doesn't come across as genuine and you don't need to stoop to his level
Respect for this response from Dr. Shadee.
Defending slavery in a historical context is one thing. Asking for it to come back in some Max Max-inspired dystopia is another.
One of Haqiqatjou's unfortunate legacies is getting young Muslims to advocate for problems as solutions.
