Families asleep at the Matamoros, Mexico border crossing. Most from Honduras, many have been here since Sunday, sleeping on the floor outside. And it’s been raining all night.

Unused uniforms at the PH Food Inc. meatpacking plant -only a handful of workers came to work today -most still detained, others too afraid. Nearby, Koch Foods announced the company will host a job fair next week after workers at its 2 plants were detained. #ICEraids #ICEraidsMS

Jennifer Figuera + son, Angel. They’ve been waiting at the Port of Entry in Matamoros, Mexico to enter the US, for 2 days. When asked if she knew about a policy that would separate her son from her, Jennifer said she didn’t and that nobody would be taking her son away from her.

These children - the bravest humans I’ve ever met. When I asked this 11 yo if he was tired or hungry or wanted to stop walking he just shrugged and said, “no, it’s ok, I’m ok, I’m with my family and I’m ok.” He will be sleeping outside tonight w/ his family b/c tents are full.

This little girl is all smiles coloring and making arts and crafts at a table set up by NGO’s here at the stadium - the 1st time in a while these kids have been able to be exactly that - kids....many of them sick and exhausted after traveling nearly 1,000 miles #CaravanaMigrante

Neighbors say they heard a big boom, looked out the windows and saw a massive flame in the sky. There are townhomes and an apartment on that block. Then there was a second boom. Eyewitness said it sounded like a sonic boom but they believe it to be a gas explosion. @wjz
