1. COLONEL, a newly adopted lovable young dog froze in fear & pancaked on the sidewalk during what should’ve been his freedom walk home. Instead of wrapping the leash around his muzzle & carrying him home, his inept adopters heartlessly dragged the frightened dog back to @NYCACC .

Our rescue was about to approve an adopter for CANELA when we heard @NYCACC killed her. Her app is in front of me now. Among other things, Enerica from Albany wrote, “dogs are like humans” & “I am willing to give her a loving home.” Now we have 2 tell her what they did 2 her dog.
