@LonelyZionist
They all surprisingly led each other to the current political outcome.
Without Hillary vs Bernie, there's no AOC
Without Bernie and AOC, there's no Biden
The shit gets deeper
@TransMaoist
Very few Marxist-Leninist's support the racist mass deportations and ethnic cleansing of the Stalinist USSR.
We're scientists, not a church congregation.
We're capable of adapting and criticizing.
@JoshEakle
Chamberlain signed the Munich agreement one year before the non aggression pact. Furthermore, Stalin proposed an alliance with the West first, but they decided to support fascism instead.

@USA_Polling
Personally, if I was AOC, I really wouldn't have said anything in an effort to remain diplomatic. That being said, she was correct in that the greens don't do much to truly present themselves as an alternative to the Dems.
They're pushing for a 5 percent again despite having

@USA_Polling
I'm just stating an objective fact here, buddy.
Next question: Show us all how you, I, or any of us are the true alternative to democratic "socialism".
This is exactly why i don't hound at the Squad as much.
I’ll make this real simple for you:
Dem Party = good, therefore Dem gerrymandering = good.
GOP = bad, therefore GOP gerrymandering = bad.
That’s all there is to it.
@DoomerPoster
Socialism isn't just social ownership, socialist commodity production or no commodities, and roses.
It's political, democratic, and economic power within the hands of the proletariat.
@ComradeStu
Democratic Kampuchea and Venezuela aren't even socialist.
Venezuela hasn't even begun building socialism and Pol Pot was never socialist to begin with.
@daplancerr
I have a more nuanced take on Stalin.
He beat the Nazis and industrialized a poor peasant country.
He did still repress homosexuality and (arguably/possibly) did some ethnic cleansing.
I look at him only through a materialist view only.
No leader will be perfect.
First of all, there was a time when Russia WASN'T influenced by oligarchs (wanna guess when that was?)
Secondly, the idea that the US doesn't have oligarchs is laughable. I once argued with a shitlib who said the US just has rich people, not oligarchs.
@noleugw1
@FreeRosedark
Economically closer to Bernie.
She's given hints to being a liberal market socialist.
She has said that she wants worker co-ops.
@AriannaStaan
Yeah, he's a Marxist-Leninist.
He said that the state should wither away here, but he also created a police state.
(Yes, I can poke fun at my side)
@MatthewJshow
@AOC
Sure
That's why you live in a neoliberal hellscape under extreme inflation
Because "chaos" makes you uncomfortable
Enjoy your suburban backyard buddy
@FreeRosedark
Let's see what we've got here?
>Racism
>Xenophobia
>Twisted support for the Khmer Empire
>Genocidal
>CIA backed
>Didn't even build communism
Russia is on a path to becoming socialist again. In anticipation of this, we must unite the globe’s anti-imperialist forces By: Rainer Shea - MIDWESTERN MARX

@JoshEakle
Not if you turn people into commodities.
Capitalism commodifies most if not anything.
There's even a "dating market" which makes relationships a commodity.
A Communist is not:
- an extra liberal
- associated with "leftists"
- coming for your house or your small business
- "woke"
- post-modern
- anti-American
- a skinny basement nerd
- some personal identity
- something you decide to call yourself one day
- neo-positivist or
@daplancerr
No, no we don't support a cult of personality.
In my eyes, I see Marxism-Leninism not as a dogma, but a scientific guide to lead socialist revolution in an imperialist world.
Every different time had a different tendency pertaining to the national material conditions.
@LBJapologist_
Democrats with guns is how we'll protect reproductive rights, pal.
You see, the MAGA fascists have all of the guns. If progressives, liberals, and leftists do not take up arms, the fascists won't blink as they exterminate their enemies and strip any remaining rights.
@noleugw1
@ComradeStu
Leftist nationalism is about the national liberation of an oppressed nations working class.
It's opposed to right-wing nationalism in that it's not xenophobic and supports proletarian solidarity and proletarian internationalism
Possible next president of Argentina, who just placed first in today's primary
- self-declared anarcho-capitalist
- loves Trump, endorsed by Bolsonaro
- has had controversies related to positions on selling children, organs
- massive Internet movement behind him
- beat all polls
@AuroraBlicharML
At most, the very early primary stages.
It's an interesting question, because we should understand that the conditions for socialism naturally arise.
There will be leftovers from capitalism in the primary stages of socialism.
We should avoid idealism.
@RickdaBuffalo
I don't see how analyzing settler colonialism or colonialism in any form and adding an intersectional lens is a deviation from Marxism at all. I don't even see how decolonization should be a deviation from Marxism. Shouldn't solving all of the contradictions include this?
