The Amedeo’s family lost one of its finest today, Lynell Williamson. Lynell was our 1st employee hired at Amedeo’s in ‘63. He amazingly worked for us 50 years, retiring in 2013. Lynell is our most beloved employee and will be greatly missed by us and the #NCState family. #GoPack

An older man came in recently asking for me. He’d read somewhere that I did all the memorabia. As a Cary kid in the 60s, his family came here after his Little League ⚾️ games. He stole this menu in ‘65 and brought it back and gave it to me. Pics are before/after. Kind of cool!

Today, #NCState announced that it will induct former linebacker and legendary #NFL head coach Bill Cowher into our Ring of Honor. Cowher played LB at State from 1975-78, under head coaches Lou Holtz and Bo Rein, and he is seventh all-time with 371 career tackles. Congrats Coach!
