I’m the legal practitioner for Muzingaye Thaka (21) and I can confirm the following. Muzingaye was arrested in Bulawayo this afternoon. He is safe but is detained at Bulawayo Central Police. He was charged with incitement and public violence for walking with the placards below

This young man @Muzingaye_Thaka asked for a better Zimbabwe and was charged with incitement of public violence for it. I’m pleased to announce that after two months of proceedings , we successfully applied for discharge at the close of the state case. He has been acquitted 🙏🏾
