My solution for the insulate Britain ‘warriors’ and their ilk: carry duct tape (gaffer tape) and when you find the road blocked, pick them up and use said duct tape to stick them to the nearest lamp post. It is non violent. Team work helps.

This is my late father, who would be 108 today. Ironically, he served in a peacekeeping force in Palestine in the late 1930’s, before being shipped off to Burma to fight in WW2. God bless you dad.
