Jinwoo is prepared to have 3 Shadow Monarch Upgrade He will get 3 New Skill (Sonic Stream, Dagger Rush and Armor Break) for each Tier Upgrade of Shadow Monarch alongside with 4 Rune each. He will also get a new QTE Skill called Space-Time Distortion, presumably at 2nd/3rd Tier.
