Another reason I prefer FBM is because I like to be on listings as little time as possible (unless its a hold and/or I know the brand 100% wont IP) With FBM, get your inventory, list it and within the hour its already selling. With FBA, you get put on the listing like 2 weeks

So in total I purchased 340 units of an ASIN and did FBM even though after shipping FBA was actually $1.25 MORE profitable I did FBM because the velocity was INCREDIBLY fast and I got those orders out very quickly and got my cash flowing plus minimizing the risk of the listing

The best way to find good storefronts is be reverse sourcing QUALITY ASINs For example, I don't waste my time reverse sourcing from listings like Stanley or Nike, or just any leads that everyone knows about and are super easily accessible These type of leads are more beginner

Sometimes listings brick and when this happens I usually choose one of two options 1. Read the keepa, sometimes its predictable and you can notice trends and see if and when price will go back up, hold and let the undercutters sell out 2. If there's no signs of the listing
