so it looks like the US taylor merch store has turned on cloudflare's bot protection again -- which is good for humans and bad for bots. what does this really mean? well - if you look like a bot to them, you'll get delayed by about 15-20s for every page you try to load.

tl;dr: premium taylor swift merch bots only exist because free merch bots are being throttled by potentially upwards of 2 minutes. while building out @AlertsForMerch , i poked around to see exactly how performant it needed to be - just like other merch bots did.
