If you didn’t eat any protein, you’d die in 2-3 months If you didn’t eat any fat, you’d probably die even faster But if you didn’t eat any carbs, you’d be completely freaking fine for the rest of your life Not saying people shouldn’t eat carbs, but it’s interesting to consider

Even if you’re super strong, you’ll probably still be stiff, unathletic and more likely to get injured if all you do is strength training. Especially if you’re over 40.

Calisthenics doesn’t make you stronger the same as lifting weights. Calisthenics improves your strength to weight ratio, which makes you better at anything that involves moving your body. Lifting only makes you better at moving external objects.

A lot of people have asked me about building a backyard calisthenics gym like the one I use in my videos. One thing I forgot to mention is that setting up two bars at a right angle to one another helps stabilize them against each other. The rest is pretty straightforward:

I don’t buy designer clothes. I don’t drive a fancy car or wear flashy jewelry. But I’m willing to pay $$$ for high quality food. The things I put IN my body are much more important than the things I put ON my body. Food is a top priority. I wish more people saw it that way.
