Whoever coined the phrase “teal” independents has done the 'Voices of' candidates a disservice.

Can we start to call these inspiring women “Community Independents”?
All the men who have defended

Brittany Higgins allegation of rape against
#BruceLehrmann
has exposed the 'boys network' among parliamentarians (who tried to cover it up), lawyers (e.g. Sofronoff) and media.
It is a case study of power, entitlement and, of course, patriarchy.
The language has shifted during NSW press conference from "dying of Covid" to "dying with Covid".
The question to ask Dr Chant is whether an individual would have died "without Covid".

Those critical of her going to the media may wish to reflect on how her allegation was handled by Lib politicians and staffers and AFP.
