Salaar opening sequences are one of the best ever conceived opening sequences. A lot of emotion from the very 1st minute. You don't need scenes b/w Prabhas & Prithvi to root for them. You go to Khansaar already rooting for them. How often can that happen? Finest writing ever.

I absolutely loved this shot in Virupaksha (Dolly Zoom - The Hitchcock Shot), not that others didn't do it. But, It has a purpose and a meaning where and when it came. It didn't come out of a magician's hat abruptly like in many Telugu movies.

Felt Hi Nanna is too clean for its own good. It's sickening to see people with such a polished look. Like they were grown in a box where no outside element had any effect on them. One or two freckles could have been nice, both in terms of cinematography and editing.

10. Daana Veera Soora Karna (1977) NTR Sr. as Duryodhana. I know Sr. NTR's role as Duryodhana is not exactly a villain's role but a very glorified version of Duryodhana. But NTR's love for Antagonist roles can't be justified with a better film and role.

The Screens were literally not enough to contain Prabha's CutOut. They had to use a lot of Wide Angles just to show him from foot to head🦖. In Avengers kind of cinematic shot, we can see Prabhas's head cut off bcoz they had to maintain the camera at Prithvi's eye level. Kick!!!!

He does wrong things for the right reasons. It makes him interesting, believable and relatable. He is interesting because the things he does are very personal to him. Moreover, it provides a big moral question. Should he do such a thing even if it is for the greater good?
