Yesterday it was 30 years ago that Slip O’Da Tongue got released.Due to a wrist injury I could not play the guitarparts on it,although David and I wrote the songs together.Of course Vai did a fantastic job(duh!)playing the guitarparts.Still proud of the album and the tour we did!

Yesterday the news came out that George Kooymans,guitarist/songwriter for Dutch rockgroup Golden Earring,has been diagnosed with the awful, cruel disease ALS.The band has announced that after 60(!) years this means the end of the road for them.Very sad news amigos.. Legend..
