Nuevo León State has released a copy of an amendment made to the Memorandum Of Understanding, submitted by Tesla on September 28th. It lists what the government must provide to the properties: - Electric Power Substation and required transmission lines. - A Natural Gas pipeline.

As of today, there are 17 Chinese car brands in Mexico. These arrived in just a few years. Chinese cars are already in North America and manufacturing in Mexico is starting soon. America will have no way to stop this and the legacy auto makers are not ready.

Many of these services connections are just a few kilometers away, and should not be a problem. Just like the electric power, that already has several lines within the properties, and a substation just across the road.

@baekdal The prime example of bad light/color correction is that episode in house of the dragon that was supposed to be set in the night, but was filmed at full daylight. Then turned the color, darkness and saturation to try to make it look like night. It is unwatchable even on a HDR TV.

Also: Ground clearance should only be performed in the areas where construction is required. This means that the construction crew cannot clear the whole site if it is not needed yet. Have a plan to minimize dust particles in the air while construction is in progress.

What we saw today at the Cybertruck production line is a great sneak peek of what we are gonna see at the Next Gen car: No paint, stainless steel, drive by wire, a massive (probably single) gigacasting, doors assembled separate from the body and just attached at end of line.

@bradsferguson Just to be clear, the permit granted is from the state government. Federal environmental agency is still pending and it is NOT DELAYED as it is still within the expected resolution time. That one should be resolved within the next 4 to 5 weeks.
