This December, me and my fiancée will walk 25 miles raising money for @SandsUK in memory of our son, Alfie. Alfie arrived unexpectedly and prematurely on 12th October. He stayed with us for 2 hours before going to sleep. The pain and sadness is unlike any I have faced before.

Mowbray won us a league and got us to an FA Cup semi final, playing some beautiful football in the meantime. Pulis divided us, made us play terrible football and made a number of die hard Albion fans give up on the club and stop going. #wba

My little 18 month old lad has been watching Swashbuckle on @CBeebiesHQ , a show about pirates, and everytime he hears them go "ahoy!" he tries to copy. He can't quite manage the "ahoy!" and instead runs round going "Aha!" instead. In my opinion, the best @AccidentalP ever.

Saw a BBC vote has put Leicester as the greatest great escape, with Albion second. Don't get me wrong, the following story for Leicester..unbelievable. But that day? That escape? Bottom on the day, bottom for most of it..unbeatable. My throat is still sore from cheering now. #wba

There was a time where I quite liked Owen Jones. A genuine voice in support of Labour. Some very decent pieces of writing. Now? Beyond obvious that he'd be happier to see Starmer fail than see the Tories lose. What does he hope to gain?

@supertanskiii I still sit amazed at how they all say "Cancel ULEZ", making out that Labour made it up, ignoring who actually first implemented it. Must be a shock when/if people research that.

@Mr_Dave_Haslam @tom_watson Morrissey was very much a hero to me. His lyrics, in a sense, saved me. But none of that stops me from calling him out as a disappointing, racist idiot. Love the music, always. Love the lyrics, always. Love the man? Not anymore, and not for a long time.

I'm as happy as most Albion fans regarding Villa but, rivalries aside, for the year he's had I do genuinely feel for Steve Bruce. Suffering with grief and loss is never easy, and the way he's kept on going is commendable. Think it'd be extremely poor form if Villa sack him.
