I love how Igbo Language differentiates between food that fills the belly and those that don't. "Rie" is for heavy foods like yam, rice, beans. "Taa" is for light foods like snacks, pieces of meat, bread. Obi can 'rie' ji (yam) but not bread. Ada can 'taa' akị but not beans.
