I will not discriminate against any player in my organization at this age. EVERYONE is trained as a middle infielder, working through agility & footwork patterns. U just never know what will happen when they hit there man bodies. So why not train them equally to boost confidence
I have pounded the ideology of learning how to swing the bat at a young age & refusing to go up to the plate 👀 for a walk. Little Mike took it to the extreme but my man wanted to see another pitch to get a chance to HIT!!
I usually don’t do videos like this. But, lately I’m so aggravated of the 💩 being sold by TM & his minions. IMO this video will clarify why the elites want to feel hands to the ball.. It will also show you if you know anything on how the body properly moves how wrong “TM” is
I’m not ashamed of our journey. We have been through every swing philosophy. We learned so much from our failures to be where we are at today. I have personally cried watching him work so hard just to struggle cause of his mechanical failures. This vid speaks for itself.

. Immediately upon removing the hand, allowing the beam to shine on the back of ball=GO! Instantaneous bat speed allows you to hit 32 home runs in the SEC conference.
We MUST 1st learn how to move before we add the frenzy. If you don’t know how to arrange the body in order for it to properly move in time & space, how do u expect to be a consistent hitter against great pitching? Move well=Hit well & be more consistent!
We warm up with some sort of🦶agility drills to get their feet primed & ready to fire 4 our throw/field routines. The amazement begins as they grow in confidence w/there footwork. Smooth 🦶= great actions & soft hands. We never throw to warmup=NEVER!
Majority of players want to come into practice & just go through the motions. When game time hits, & when they don’t seek the desired results they’re are 1st to blame everyone else. My players no better, take a look at yourself & Take ownership of your practice habits.

I lost my partner, my very best friend who I trusted my life with for the last 13 yrs today. We talked everyday through his time of struggle to help him cope w/his pain. Life in perspective, this hitting nonsense of who is right or wrong is really not that big of a deal.
Over doing our actions learning how to change direction with our feet 🦶. Train them young on how to be athletic! Everyone trains as a middle infielder!
The day I placed the Zepp App on his bat was the moment I realized I taught my son the wrong way. From that moment, I went berserk to find the truth. Through our failures, I will ensure that all of my students regardless of age get on the right pattern for when it matters.

Aces Infield Specific Camp. Trying to get these young dudes athletic. Working numerous types of footwork patterns, one-handed picks & so much more. Over 50 kids working in small groups. Progressions!!!
Who said WOMAN get hit baseballs ⚾️? This softball 🥎 stud coming off 14 home runs her freshman year absolutely tearing the cover off baseball ⚾️ tonight. Keep an eye on this stud as she continues to learn her body.

3/4 inch PVC
3/4 deep socket to attach handle & barrel.
1” PVC coupling. The middle of which has to be filed out to allow it to slide along PVC.
1”* 3/4 pvc Bushing to 🛑 the coupling.
1”cpvc coupling to add support at the end.
Cement glue!

A hitter must coach himself in positive terms, telling yourself what you want to do, rather than being worried on what not to do….
I hear it all the time in the cage… “I told myself not to swing at the high pitch & I still did”!
Remember your mind computes “image” words. The
Travel coaches your wins today mean nothing tomorrow. What are you doing today to further develop your players for the next level is all that shall matter.
Give them the blocks & while they’re building it give them nothing but words of encouragement on their efforts. Never judge them on the results! You will be amazed how quickly these little dudes 6u-7u will get to work attempting to figure it out.
In my program, I train everyone as a middle infielder. I feel it’s important to develop great footwork patterns at a young age, therefore at the next level regardless if they play the infield or not there footwork developed early will get them to the ⚾️ in the correct manner.
Young athletes have a hard time understanding how to feel chest-nose over toes with butt cheeks back over heels…. Working the 4 corner box drill maintaining posture inside of the box as they skip the 🪨 around. Several reps around will help them feel posture over.
Kade & Olivia in from Portland, Oregon working through Aces High Level Progressions. In the door full swings, into various type of snap & stops back into full swings with a noticeable finish result.
One legged RDL to isolate (center of mass)… 👀 more control out of front foot… with so many stuck on the backside, my dudes/gals finding some love for the front side & it’s benefits..
Andrew (9u) focus on stretching away from our contact point.
His response in his own terms as the following is completely insane. “This gives us more time to swing, if I push my barrel forward I would have less time”. Move free, stretch against your momentum & snap your hands!
The GAME starts from the ground up! I’m so adamant in breaking these kids down by Developing their feet by over doing their actions. Run full speed, chop (stutter step) into a brace right-glide left fielding triangle set up. After rolling them out, get on time with soft fungos.
I’m never satisfied in my abilities to translate the material to these young guys for them to completely understand. The day u feel your good at something, is the day u fail as a teacher. These kids make me better every single day & I love being able to give back to them.
Crushing my son & Tyler with feels tonight. Fuse the unit with fishnet stop 🛑 swings. Turn to catch deep in order to complete the catch. Over doing the back pocket working in the direction to the pitcher. Tyler in 😭 the feels were severe. 😆
See my Instagram page soon to posted sequence drills:
Reason why I’m so passionate about barrel turn process. I lived & survived to tell the horror stories about of the weak out front push the knob to the ball instruction that was supplied by so called ex mlb instructors! 🗑

A ton to be learned by studying Dominican Hitters. A lot of comparisons to the way they throw to they way they hit..

One of my 9u players breaking the pattern down on what he is has been learning through our process. This kid is absolutely the smallest kid on the field at all times but has the heart as a 🦁 & is completely obsessed with the game.

Two (2) points stretched against each other to create instantaneous bat speed!!! We don’t push forward to time the pitcher. We learn to develop stretch/controlling our rear hip function in order to be adjustable. Control the rear hip to get on time more consistently.
So many claim that you must lock out the front leg immediately upon stride foot down… 🛑 Not even close to being right.
Pitch location & pitch type will determine how the front leg will behave. To hit with a “Big Back” you better be able to work through the front leg for the

❄️ 10u Aces Training:
A lot of these kids hit w/(push) instructors that I’m totally fine with. Learn how to coil, get on time thru our loads & don’t bleed 🩸 out front are all important elements that are needed in whatever philosophy you believe in.
I want the shoulders to replace under a non moving head to allow the backside eye 👁️ to stay on its down & under. Allow the shoulders and the eyes 👀 to dictate the control of barrel path.
@Bryce_Bolognini
Stanley Rosario of the New York Yankees in with a visit today. He quickly discovered the quickness & the truth on what the swing pattern is all about.
Stanley breaking down his feels in order to grow.
We have to learn to allow our lower half to run 🏃! As it runs, we have to counteract that movement by pulling back with our scap. If we are inconsistent with our load, we will never consistently be able to get on time. Find success in learning & improving! Our LOAD is our SWING!
I absolutely love working with these kids, challenging them on the details of the swing & working with great intent. The struggle is real early during the lesson as they adapt to the plan but when the gain that feel & the light 💡 up with that smile=PRICELESS. 7u AJ.
9u Andrew & I spending time together working through our progressions. Praise their efforts with great movements over results all day! Thereafter add in different weighted bats creating disarray.
Being able to share our passion for hitting & the process of life with

was absolutely awesome! Along with gaining some great feels of the pattern.
Infielders throw out different arm angles for a reason… it’s the quickest way to deliver the baseball… when they pull the ball out of the glove they utilize there lat in order to create a hinge immediately to get rid of the ball with a quick tight hand turn over. Same as we
Another one my young guys, starting to build the process. Finally starting to understand how to Build the stretch & allowing it to turn into our swing in game competition. The load is the swing!
“You can’t teach this pattern to young kids”! Well, guess what? You better not tell this 9u stud in the making he can’t, because he will snap your face off!
@Clarenc57189215
Why, with all the hate on what we do? Cause we use diff. tools to build a new pattern? We tag our students, so b/4 you blast her, maybe dm & ask her how she feels. Ask them if they have ever felt tighter & cleaner in their movements. 5 month transformation by using diff. methods
Fuze it ✅
Work in tight windows ✅
Stretch against leg 🦵 to burst 🖐 ✅.
Encourage them to be great, love them & let them know how proud you are of them! Regardless of the outcome!!!!
Add. info regard the article I posted today on how Babe Ruth felt coiled around his rear 🦵. With the aid of 🏌️♀️ pivot pro & a driveway marker, they help develop a strong coil against the leg to build a corner. They need to understand how this aids the barrel to feel weightless.
The back arm has to hold until as it works inside the path… If it goes outside the path it will never go through the path… The hitter can never RECOVER from first going outside…
With his last year of high school my best friend & I enjoying every moment we share working out together. Such an awesome bond we have formed through this great game.

This method requires us to learn each componet skill & then combine them into one process.
Each component is listed within. Learn to master & build great confidence by breaking it down into digestive parts. Love the process of building movements before we add the chaos.
For every PARENT out there, stay committed to the HLP. We don’t know what the future might bring, but truly know that your on the right pattern. My son being taught the push pattern, what I thought was the correct way. Then came the discovery

The “Doc” feedback has taught me so much. Today, “I feel like when I’m curling 50lbs, the grind & tear of each rep during our rear leg 🦵sets”. “But, as soon as I place that 30lbs/(reg swing) in my hand, I fly thru the movement feeling weightless”. Stay strict to each & every rep
