Not posting photos from the game today out of respect for the St Johnstone fan who sadly passed away after falling ill minutes before kick off yesterday. Thoughts and prayers are with his friends and family.
Never in 34 years of attending football matches have I experienced fans like last night. There are no words to describe what it was like sitting in front of the Dons fans singing non-stop, what it must of been like in amongst it I can only imagine. 🔴⚪🔴⚪
Yesterday when
@BRUCEA23
came on in the 84th min he passed a note to
@Shinzzaa
. McInnes passing notes via the subs isn't unusual, like me you've probably wondered what they say. After the game I was editing my photos pitch side when I spotted the discarded note on the pitch.
This is Duk's 1st goal, the ball (slightly obscured by the post) is about to cross the line.
Take a moment to zoom in on the faces in this photo, just about every face is full of an emotion. You can feel the imminent euphoria.
One person missed out, can you spot them?
So 46 Primary School football teams have had tomorrow's fixtures cancelled due to 3 Council facilities not opening as it's outwith term time. Upto 460 kids now without a game due to 3 locks not being opened.....and people wonder where its all going wrong.
So the fans pics finished first in the poll!!
There's so much to look at in these pics, each face filled with raw passion and emotion. A life without football is unimaginable.
More on my Facebook page when it decides to come back online.
Great form from Sam Cosgrove, 6 goals in 4 games. Us photographers love an animated celebration but yesterday's cele for the first goal shows you how much confidence this run has given him.
Hats off to these guys
@NoelBlaha
