While visiting Djibouti, I came across one of my many souvenirs. A pencil crayon sketch of a young woman of a somalian ethnic origin in traditional clothes that I brought from Toronto to Djibouti for the first time in 1995. That was 29 years ago.

Today in Addis Ababa, the Ethiopian and Djiboutian governments were granted official control over the Ethiopia-Djibouti railway following a ceremony hosted by the China Railway Construction Company (CRCC). The train was constructed as Africa's first electric train in 2016.

@DeJureLander It is too unfortunate to compare Djibouti's 100% owned for 7 Ports with the very tiny Port in Berbera, Somalia, which is 70% owned by DP World. On the other hand, Somalia rejected Ethiopian military bases in Somaliland, while Djibouti warned Ethiopian to not cross the red lights.
