I wish in Nigeria Graphic Design could create an association which will enable: Price Control - 15k upwards. Shutdown the 2k designers Have a means of registering your brand name/business. Have control over delay in payments. Too much corrections and lots More..

If Graphics pays your: House rent. Electricity bill. Feeding money Clothing. And lots more you won't be charged 2k or even 5k for anything call design. That's why most client won't take us serious. Once life begins to bite hard, you will wake up.

Some clients don't know what is good. I designed both slides, first slide was rejected and second slide was accepted. First slide took me 4 good hours second didn't take me up to an hour. You fit spend the whole day for design make client Still reject am. 😂😭

What Designers dislike: Too much corrections. Demanding for two samples of design for only one to be picked. Delay in payments 🙂. Sending additional information/images after the first brief. Slow network/ creative block Lack of Electricity. Etc. 🪄

Most of the designs created in the printing Press office is total trash. 90% of the eyes catching designs are from designer who are exposed to social media. This is true. In the printing press, the client is behind you monitoring the elements your using. Fonts, colors....

Another design for same client. How I archived this effect: Used a gradient bg and used overlay blend mode. Blur the background there. And also used blend mode for the typos Used pink flare light. I also retouched the image and slight color balancing.

80% percent of designers online don't know how to print their work. But they're good in design. Some of them have no idea between A5 and A4 size and A3. Some don't know we have Two types of banner materials and two types of Sticker materials. Including window graphics. P
